Tips diet untuk hari kelima, anda sudah boleh makan nasi tapi ada takarannya yaitu sekepal nasi, untuk lauk nya adalah tomat rebus atau tomat mentah. Dan jangan ketinggalan untuk minum air putih. Hari keenam. Menu diet di hari keenam ini adalah nasi dan sayuran, sebaiknya untuk takaran nasi jangan terlalu banyak, untuk menghindari glukosa yang berlebih. Hari ketujuh. Hari ketujuh adalah hari terakhir program diet anda, untuk menu diet dihari ini, anda diperbolehkan mengkonsumsi nasi dan aneka macam sayuran, dan ditutup dengan jus buah. Jus buah berfungsi sebagai antioksidan dan detoksinasi racun secara alami.
